Scientific writing
Writing a paper is the process of analyzing the source data, designing the study to support the thesis you want to prove and, only then, beginning to write in a specific order: figures first (with captions), then the results, the introduction, the discussion and, only at the end, the abstract.
Scientific and medical writing requires clarity and brevity, but like any form of written production also requires a lot of study and therefore reading. I can take on an entire project, help organize the study, do the draft, or a simple edit/improvement of something that already exists. All in ghostwriting (which by professional ethics will be stated as writing support in the Acknowledgments) or in the form of actual scholarly collaboration.
